Christina has gained clinical experience in a variety of settings. As a board-certified behavioral technician, Christina has provided outpatient treatment to children and adolescents suffering from behavioral and developmental disorders using empirically-backed modalities such as ABA and CBT. As a family therapist in a residential clinic, she has worked intensively with teens suffering from severe anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and trauma. Christina is also intensively trained in Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and is passionate about using evidence-based therapy. In addition, Christina has spent years supporting older adults in the role of memory care companion. While in graduate school, she founded a companionship service for adults living with dementia, where she acts as an advocate and aide for older adults living with cognitive decline.
